This action has been taken against the congress leader for giving a controversial statement on BJP MLA Hema Malini. After this controversial statement by Randeep Surjewala, the BJP complained to the election commission. Thereafter, the election commission issued a notice and requested a response.
On the other hand, Randeep Surjewala had replied that the video about which a complaint has been made has been tampered with.
