YouTuber Elvish Yadav might face further difficulties as a court in Gurugram has ordered to register a case against him. The court has also directed to file a case against Haryanvi singer Rahul Yadav Fazilpuria. The court has ordered to file a case under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Wildlife Protection Act, and the Gambling Act.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Manoj Rana stated that the case against Elvish Yadav should be registered at the Badshahpur police station. A petition was filed in court against Elvish Yadav by NGO People For Animals. The Badshahpur police station will now register a case in this matter.
Elvish Yadav was recently granted bail in a case related to assault involving content creator Sagar Thakur, also known as Maxtern, in Gurugram. He was presented in court by Gurugram police, and after recording his statement, he was granted bail by the Gurugram court.
Apart from this, a case has also been registered in Noida against Elvish and 6 others for allegedly using snake venom in a rave party on November 3 under the provisions of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and IPC. According to the police, on November 3, 5 accused were arrested and 9 snakes, including 5 cobras, were recovered from them. 20 milliliters of suspicious venom was also seized. Later, the police arrested them in this case. Recently, Elvish Yadav was granted bail in the Noida case as well.
