Hathras Stampede: 116 Dead, 20 Injured, FIR Filed Against Organizers

Hathras Stampede : Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the incident in Hathras. He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and directed district administration officials to promptly transport the injured to the hospital for proper treatment. He also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured and instructed officials to expedite relief work at the site.

Amidst this, major actions are being prepared in the Hathras case, targeting the organizing committee and the local administration. The Chief Minister’s office has called for a report on the entire incident.

Reports indicate that over 90 people have died in the stampede during a satsang in Hathras.

PM Modi expressed his sorrow over the incident, stating, “Many people have tragically lost their lives in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. I extend my condolences to the families of those who have died in this incident and wish for the speedy recovery of the injured. Under the supervision of the state government, the administration is engaged in relief and rescue operations. Senior officials of the central government are in contact with Uttar Pradesh. I assure everyone that all possible assistance will be provided to the victims.”

Home Minister Amit Shah also expressed his grief, stating, “I am deeply distressed by the tragic incident in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. My condolences go out to the families of those who lost their lives in this accident. May God give them the strength to endure this suffering. The local administration is engaged in relief efforts, and I wish for the speedy recovery of the injured.”
