Studied Law from CCU University in Meerut

Nayab Singh Saini was born on January 25, 1970, in the village of Mezapur Majra in Ambala. He belongs to the village of Mirzapur in the Narayangarh constituency of Ambala district. He studied LLB from Chaudhary Charan Singh University in Meerut and comes from a farming family. He also studied at B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University in Muzaffarpur, Bihar.

Nayab Singh Saini’s Political Career

Nayab Singh Saini has a significant influence in the OBC and other backward classes. He is a Lok Sabha MP from Kurukshetra for the BJP. He is also a member of the Standing Committee on Labour in Parliament. He has been associated with the RSS as well. He was appointed as the BJP state president last October. Nayab Singh Saini started his political career by joining the BJP organization in 1996. Until 2000, he worked here and held various positions in the organization.

In 2002, he was appointed as the District Secretary of the Youth Wing in Ambala, and in 2005, he became the District President in Ambala. Seeing his dedication to the party, in 2009, he was given the responsibility of State Secretary of BJP Farmer Front in Haryana. After promotion in 2012, Nayab Singh Saini was appointed as the District President of Ambala BJP, during which he served in various positions.

First-time MLA in 2014

Nayab Singh Saini’s political career shone in 2024 when he became an MLA for the first time from the Narayangarh constituency in Ambala district. BJP gave him a ticket, and he proved his credibility to the party. In 2016, he was appointed as the Minister of Labour and Employment in the Haryana government. He also served as the Minister of Food and Civil Supplies and Minister of Renewable Energy. In the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, he defeated his nearest competitor and Congress candidate Nirmal Singh with 384,591 votes. In this election, Nayab Saini received 688,629 votes, while Nirmal Singh received only 384,591 votes.

Considered close to Khattar, the new CM

It is worth mentioning that Nayab Singh Saini is considered close to former Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar. According to sources, Nayab Singh Saini’s name was decided with the consent of Manohar Lal Khattar. Moreover, his grip in the BJP organization is also considered strong. It is said that in 2019, when Saini became an MP, the BJP not only won on 10 Lok Sabha seats but also defeated prominent opponents by a significant margin.
